My journey started in Production Mechanical Engineering — designing systems, solving physics problems, and understanding how things actually work. From there, I pursued a Six Sigma Post-Graduate specialization, an MBA in Business Management, and certificate programs at HarvardX (edX) — Data Science: Probability and Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies.
But education was never the end goal — application was. Since 2012, I've applied these frameworks hands-on, trained 500+ professionals (150+ certified), published two books on the methodology, built WeCazza (a SaaS platform now used by home service teams), and delivered 35%+ average capacity gains for clients.
