The Engineer Behind
The Results
My journey started in Production Mechanical Engineering — designing systems, solving physics problems, and understanding how things actually work. From there, I pursued a Six Sigma Post-Graduate specialization, an MBA in Business Management, and advanced programs at Harvard EdX in Entrepreneurship and Probabilistic methodologies.
But education was never the end goal — application was. Since 2012, I've run these frameworks across 850+ projects, published two books on the methodology, built WeCazza (a SaaS platform now used by home service teams), and delivered 35%+ average capacity gains with $450K+ in annual savings for clients.
The 8-Step Problem-Solving Method
A proprietary framework combining Lean Six Sigma and Queuing Theory
Most improvement efforts fail because they jump to solutions before understanding the problem. The 8-Step Method is a disciplined, sequential approach that ensures every organizational problem is properly diagnosed, systematically solved, and permanently resolved.
This isn't theory — it's the same framework I've applied across 850+ projects to deliver consistent, measurable results.
Clarify the Problem
Define scope, impact, and boundaries
Break Down
Decompose into manageable components
Set Targets
Define measurable success criteria
Root Cause Analysis
Identify true causes, not symptoms
Develop Solutions
Design countermeasures that address root causes
Implement
Execute with discipline and tracking
Evaluate Results
Measure against targets, validate impact
Standardize
Lock in gains, prevent regression
